Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://promptpixora.com and its related services (the "Service"), operated by PromptPixora ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Service. You must provide accurate information when you register, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

Credits

• Image generation consumes credits. The number of credits for each generation is shown before you submit it and is listed on our Models page.
• New accounts may receive free starter credits. Free credits have no cash value.
• Credits are purchased in one-time packages. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.
• If a generation fails because of a technical error, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits are forfeited if you delete your account or if we terminate it for a violation of these Terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and may include applicable taxes. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the selected package.

Refunds

• All credit package purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Credits returned automatically when a generation fails for a technical error are not a payment refund; they restore unused credits to your balance.
• If you have a billing question, email futuredog8888@gmail.com from your account email.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, or infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse
• Is sexually explicit depiction of a real person without their consent
• Harasses, threatens, or promotes hatred or violence against any person or group
• Impersonates others, or is intended to deceive, defraud, or spread disinformation

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the Service, abuse free credits with multiple accounts, or resell access to the Service. We may block prompts and outputs that violate these rules. Our AI providers also apply their own content policies, and requests that they reject may fail.

Your Content and Generated Images

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the images you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You are responsible for making sure your use of generated images does not infringe the rights of others.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. AI output may be inaccurate or similar to output generated for other users, and we do not guarantee that generated images are unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Prompts in the public gallery are provided for inspiration and personal use within the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
